WuffyRawr reserves the right to use any image, drawn by her, in social media to advertise her work and/or stream/record the process and post the video anywhere that is legal.
The customer is also allowed to post to social media, except in commercial use sites, unless the commercial use fee has been paid. HOWEVER, customer may NOT, under any circumstances, post the image as their own work (please credit the artist).
The customer may NOT use the image for resale/commercial use. If the customer wants to commercially use the image, or character itself(if it is a completely new character designed by WuffyRawr that the customer did not already own), they must pay a commercial use fee of %75 of an image.
Commissions are paid in $USD only. An invoice will be made by WuffyRawr with the agreed price and product option, please do NOT send any payments on your own accord to WuffyRawr.
WuffyRawr reserves the right to decline any request as she feels, or cancel an ongoing commission if she feels you are being disrespectful towards her/her work(a refund for only half of the commission will be issued for this case), or if she feels she can't finish the product ever(a full refund will be issued for this case). If you cancel an ongoing commission, a refund will be issued based off of how much of the commission is done. No refunds if a commission is fully completed, even if the customer is unhappy with it (attempts will be made throughout the sketch, drawing, and coloring processes to make the piece as close to what the customer wants as possible).
As soon as a customer asks to commission WuffyRawr, the TOS are accepted and the customer is liable to any misconduct against the TOS.
